Package included one abdominal belt. With 4 compression pads - for different treatment periods.
a. Find out the abdominal belt and stick the 凹 shape pad on it.
b. Baby lie flatly, then knead the umbilical hernia gently, making it back into the abdominal cavity.
c. Align the hernia pad with the navel area.
d. Wear the hernia belt, adjust and stick the velcro.
After the umbilical fossa area are fully retracted into the abdominal groove, change to use the large oval and small round pads.
